Southern Dallas County Educational Consortium
Welcome to the Southern Dallas County Educational Consortium Website. It is my pleasure to serve as the new Chair of SDCEC. Our mission of the Consortium is "to meet the educational needs of the communities in Southern Dallas County by fostering cooperation among all levels of education, businesses, industries, and faith-based communities of the Southern Sector."
The consortium is composed of all the independent school districts, colleges, universities, as well as the following partners, businesses and organizations: Best Southwest Chambers of Commerce, Friendship West Baptist Church, Graduate Institutes of Applied Linguistic, International Museum of Cultures, Methodist Health System, TXU Delivery, UPS, and YWCA.
Our goal is to enhance the educational possibilities for students in Southern Dallas County. If you are interested in learning more about the Consortium please contact us.
